Choaiba Residential Project

Description

The project is located in the south of Saudi Arabia. The complex belongs to the Saudi Electricity Company. It is composed of 100 apartments with 240m2 of area each. Each apartment is designed with three living rooms, dining, kitchen and services, three bedrooms, one of which is a suite with balconies. All apartments surround a common courtyard, which contains a planted garden and space for activities. The complex contains a supermarket, a restaurant and a gym.

Land type: Sandy. Underground sea level is at -1m.
