Description

The project is located in the north of Beirut in a very luxurious region; the plot area is 950 m2 with a steep natural slope. The building area is 2750 m2, distributed into six floors; four floors are above the ground floor level and two floors are in the basement for cars parking. The residential area is composed of four apartments with an area of 250m2 each and two duplexes with an area of 375 m2 each. All apartments have a nice view of the beautiful Jounieh bay.
