Batroun Prefabricated Villa

Description

The villa is located in Batroun area in the north of Lebanon, the land’s area is 800 m2 and the construction area of the villa is 350 m2 distributed into three stories. The ground floor area is 180m2 with living and dining areas, kitchen with services, parking and terraces. The first floor area is 75 m2, with three bedrooms, one of which is a suite and two bathrooms. The basement area is 95 m2 for villa services. The villa has a swimming pool and an exterior garden.

Concept: The ground floor and first floor were conceived with a galvanized steel frame structure. The basement is made from reinforced concrete for the wall, foundations and upper Slab.
