Description
The project is a residential building composed of three stories, built in the 70’. The owner wanted to destroy it and build another villa from scratch. As the destruction cost alone would amount to 200.000 USD, and with the concrete structural frame being in good condition, our proposition was to keep the slabs with the exterior walls and to create an interior circular void that communicates with a circular stair between the upper and the ground floor levels.
